Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for business valuation and financial due diligence work
- Execution of valuation-related projects, including financial modelling, report writing and meetings with clients
- Provide guidance for valuation-related matters to team
- If required, to assist in financial due diligence execution work
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in accounts/finance/banking or professional qualification like ACCA or its equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in M&A, investment banking, banking or its equivalent.
- Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned.
- A comfort around business analysis and understanding of value drivers.
- Comfort and ability around report writing.
- Sound financial analytical skills with strong financial modelling capability and experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels.
