Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing for business valuation and financial due diligence work
  • Execution of valuation-related projects, including financial modelling, report writing and meetings with clients
  • Provide guidance for valuation-related matters to team
  • If required, to assist in financial due diligence execution work

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in accounts/finance/banking or professional qualification like ACCA or its equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in M&A, investment banking, banking or its equivalent.
  • Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned.
  •  A comfort around business analysis and understanding of value drivers.
  • Comfort and ability around report writing.
  • Sound financial analytical skills with strong financial modelling capability and experience.
  •  Good interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels.
