Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of company marketing activities, including sales launches, virtual events, courses, workshops, and roadshows.
   
• Coordinate operations and promotional activities for virtual events.
   
• Manage customers and the public with professionalism, tact, and strong relationship-building skills.
   
• Handle guests and clients during online events.
   
• Assist in inviting potential leads and contacts to monthly events.
   
• Support in setting up appointments for consultants to assist SMEs and business owners in achieving their business objectives.
   
• Arrange and test event logistics, including audio-visual equipment, décor, and overall setup to ensure everything is in good working condition.
   
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Mass Communication, PR or its equivalent.  
• Good people interaction skills  
• Planning and organizing skills. Has eye for details.  
• Negotiation skills • Communication skills  
• Networking and relationship building skills
