Job Description
Assist finance executive (accounts payable) and team lead to smooth day-to-day account payable operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all invoices or quotations sent by the Business Unit are complete and entered Xero.
- Prepare payment vouchers, update the weekly tracker, and cash flow every week.
- Update the utilities tracker to ensure that utilities are paid before the due date.
- Update reconciled items every week.
Job Requirements
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must be currently studying a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Commerce Accounting / Finance or equivalent academic background.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and strong communication skills.
- Good team player and possess good working attitude.
