Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities and People & Culture (P&C) operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, employer branding, and coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for permanent & internship hiring roles, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support scheduling of interviews and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and orientation materials.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
• Perform administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Assist with ad-hoc P&C projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
• Working location : Sunway Tower, Jalan Ampang (next to LRT Dang Wangi and Bukit Nanas Monorail)
