Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and source potential clients through research, referrals, outreach, and networking.
  • Initial Outreach & Cold Contacting: Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, or events to generate interest in agency services.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess whether leads are a good fit based on budget, needs, and readiness to engage.
  • Pitching & Presenting Services: Deliver customized sales pitches and presentations to decision-makers, showcasing how the agency can solve their problems.
  • Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Work with internal teams to draft strategic proposals, quotations, or packages tailored to client needs.
  • Follow-Ups & Objection Handling: Maintain consistent follow-ups and handle client objections professionally to move them closer to closing.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close new client accounts to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client Onboarding Coordination: Ensure smooth handover from sales to account/project team; occasionally assist in the onboarding phase.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client pain points, and competitors to refine outreach strategies and pitches.
