Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer role requires you to view our clients' brands as your own and serve as the subject matter expert regarding ads & email visual design strategies.

You'll be working hand-in-hand with our internal team and clients from onboarding, looking through data for insights, strategizing campaigns, planning paid ads funnels & budgets, and ultimately translating our actions into sales and customer growth for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials such as Facebook/Instagram feed and story ads, e-commerce web banners, campaign emails, etc.
• Analyze and interpret performance data to provide intelligent next steps. 
• Implement design optimizations to hit client KPIs as fast as possible. 
• Research trend/competitor insights for growth opportunities. 
• Communicate clearly with the internal team about client goals and feedback.

Job Requirements

• Graphic design background preferred 
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (preferably both) 
• Result Oriented
• Good command of English, both spoken and written. Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
• Good presentation skills
• Basic video editing skills required
