Job Description

Job Descriptions:

- To lead a team of F&B service crew to ensure the quality standard and service

- All duties related to the Food and Beverage - service

- Receive guest upon their arrival and seat them accordingly

- Take orders and serve food and beverage to guest accordingly

- Setting up tables / arrange tables and dining utensils & cutlery

- Perform cashier duties

- Attend to guest enquiries and complaints

- Maintain and ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept all the time

- To assist monthly F&B promotions

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage

- SPM with relevant experience may apply

- Working experience in Japanese restaurant preferred

- Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays

- Good interpersonal and communication skill

- Able to speak in Mandarin will added advantage
