Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Develop creative interior design concepts and proposals
- Prepare detailed design plans, technical drawings and specifications
- Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Oversee the implementation of interior design projects from start to finish
- Ensure all design work meets relevant building codes and regulations
- Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the design process
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an interior design role
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent problem-solving, project management and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors and the wider design team
- Keen eye for detail and a flair for creating visually stunning designs
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest interior design trends, materials and industry standards
- Possess own transport
- Full-time basis
