🎥 What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You won’t be “observing.” You’ll be creating.

•  Brainstorm viral TikTok & Xiaohongshu ideas
  • Film & edit short-form content (Reels / TikTok / XHS)
  • Design scroll-stopping posts (Canva / Adobe / whatever you’re good at)
  • Turn diamonds into addictive content
  • Shoot behind-the-scenes proposal moments
  • Research trends before they trend
  • Help build ZCOVA into the go-to proposal brand

If something goes viral ,your name is on it.

🎨 You’re Perfect If You:

•  Live on TikTok / XHS
  • Know CapCut better than PowerPoint
  • Have good taste (be honest)
  • Understand clean, minimal, luxury vibes
  • Are not afraid to try crazy ideas
  • Can move fast and think faster

Bonus points if:
• You run your own content page
• You’re comfortable in front of camera
• You love fashion / jewellery / aesthetic brands

Job Requirements

We’re not looking for perfect.
We’re looking for creative.

You should:

•  Be currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field
  • Understand TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram trends
  • Have basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / etc.)
  • Be comfortable using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Have strong aesthetic sense (clean, modern, luxury vibe)
  • Be proactive — don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Be able to handle feedback and iterate fast
  • Be willing to appear in content (optional but a plus)
