🌟 What You’ll Do

As a ZCOVA Jewellery Consultant, you will:

 Provide professional consultation to walk-in and online customers
• Guide clients in choosing diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom jewellery
• Understand customers’ stories and recommend meaningful designs
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after sales
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship
• Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards
• Stay updated on jewellery trends and competitor landscape
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve customer experience

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

You might be perfect if you:

 Love interacting with people
• Have strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin is a plus)
• Are confident, well-groomed, and professional
• Enjoy sales and performance-based rewards
• Are proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome

Bonus if you:
• Have retail or luxury experience
