Accounts Receivable Section

1. For long-term overdue debts, send collection letters to customers or coordinate with lawyers for handling.
2. Approve invoices through the AutoCount system for electronic invoice declaration.
3. Submit consolidated invoices at the end of each month to meet e-Invoicing requirements.
4. Be responsible for applying for sales tax exemption for exported goods. 

Accounts Payable Section

1. Enter the invoice information of freight forwarders and overseas purchasing invoices into the system.
2. Be responsible for verifying and auditing invoices before monthly payments.
3. Be responsible for compiling the sales summary report of imported raw materials and packaging materials. 

wage accounting

1. Verify and confirm the payroll report at the end of each month. 

General ledger accounts

1. Maintain the fixed assets register and depreciation management.
2. Be responsible for the annual year-end inventory.
3. Communicate with auditors regarding financial reports and handle matters related to board resolutions with the company secretary.

Job Requirements

4 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
