Job Description

  1. Full-cycle management of business documents

Responsible for the drafting, printing, stamping, archiving and registration management of documents such as business contracts, quotation sheets, and technical agreements.

According to the requirements of business personnel, produce, organize and review various sales and bidding documents to ensure standard format and accurate content.

Establish and maintain contract and quotation ledgers, track document status, and regularly organize and back up.

  1. Customer communication and relationship maintenance

As the back-end support for front-line business personnel, responsible for daily phone, email and instant messaging communication with customers.

Accurately record customer needs, feedback and complaints, and promptly convey them to the corresponding business or technical supervisor.

Assist in arranging customer visits, reception and meeting preparations, and maintain the company's professional image.

  1. Administrative support for sales processes

Assist business personnel in order entry, follow-up, delivery coordination and logistics tracking.

Sort out sales data and assist in creating simple sales reports, performance statistics, etc.

Manage office supplies, samples and other materials within the department.

  1. Internal coordination and office administration

Complete daily administrative affairs within the department, such as document circulation, preliminary sorting of expense reimbursements, etc.

As the communication bridge between business and internal departments such as production, technology, finance, ensure smooth information transmission. 


Job Requirements

Educational Background: College degree or above, with a preference for administrative management, secretarial, business English, mechanical engineering or related engineering fields.

Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business administration, sales assistant or related positions. Candidates with experience in mechanical equipment, industrial products, or project-based sales industries are preferred.
