Job Description

Position 1: After Sales - Engineer
Salary: RM4,500 - RM6,500

  •  Coordinate business activities in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) and India, including gathering customer requirements, communicating with clients, and preparing solutions in English.
  • Provide after-sales support for equipment, including participation in equipment delivery, learning processes, and resolving issues during the warranty and maintenance period.
  • Prepare standard equipment delivery documentation in English.
  • Build local automation support systems, including machining and sourcing suppliers for standard components.


    Position 2: Financial Manager
    Salary: RM8,000 - RM11,000
  • Lead the local tax declaration and planning in Malaysia, ensuring tax compliance.
  • Responsible for the daily accounting of the branch, preparing financial reports, controlling budget costs, and achieving financial goals.
  • Fund and Asset Management: Manage the flow of funds of the branch, bank accounts, and foreign exchange risks; supervise the management of fixed assets and inventory.
  • Prepare analysis reports and participate in financial assessment of major decisions.
  • Lead the financial team, enhance professional capabilities; coordinate and connect business processes with production and procurement departments.
  • Serve as the financial liaison between the Indian factory and the Malaysian headquarters, regularly report and coordinate to solve cross-border financial issues.


    Position 3: Purchasing Manager
    Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,000

  • Monthly responsibility for reconciliation with suppliers.
  • Responsible for the follow-up of inventory entry, reconciliation, and entry of payment request materials on the information platform.
  • Responsible for summarizing and submitting relevant payment request materials to the finance department and following up on payments.
  • Responsible for the follow-up of suppliers' invoices.
  • Execution of OKR and intelligent performance.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
