Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring).
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment records and employee databases.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
•  Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees. 
• Support implementation and updating of HR policies.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR experience in Malaysia; familiarity with the full HR spectrum is an advantage.
2. Solid practical experience in EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF processes, capable of independently handling statutory submissions and compliance tasks.
3. Proven end-to-end recruitment experience with good understanding of Malaysian hiring channels and employment practices.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure full data and process compliance.
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of empathy.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
