Job Description

• Prepare, wash, and cut ingredients, and cook and serve dishes;
• Follow standardized operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency of the products;
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and adhere to food safety regulations;
• Organize inventory and count goods.

Job Requirements

✓ Age: Under 50 years old
✓ Experience: Have experience in kitchen positions in the catering industry, experience in Chinese catering enterprises is preferred;
✓ Personnel Type: Malaysian Chinese and Malay (local personnel);
✓ Appearance: Height not less than 150 cm, no obvious defects that affect work;
✓ Language: Proficient in English communication, those who can speak Chinese are preferred;
✓ Others: Diligent, hardworking, and open-minded.
