Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform pickup and delivery of high-precision goods within Penang and the surrounding region, ensuring absolute cargo safety and confidentiality during transportation.
2. Plan the optimal route in advance based on dispatch instructions, and strictly adhere to the time windows committed to clients to guarantee service punctuality.
3. Conduct routine safety checks and maintenance before, during, and after each trip. Keep the vehicle clean and in excellent operating condition at all times.
4. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, assist them in verifying the package count and external condition, and ensure the completion and return of electronic or paper Proof of Delivery (POD).
5. Record and report any exceptions encountered during transit (e.g., traffic controls, vehicle breakdowns, last-minute client changes) and promptly communicate with the dispatch or customer service team.
6. Comply with Malaysian traffic laws and company vehicle management policies. Maintain a clean driving record with zero violations or cargo damage.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (GDL) with a strong, clean driving record.
2. Familiar with the road networks in Penang and the Northern Region, and proficient in using GPS navigation tools.
3. At least 1 year of experience in truck driving or logistics delivery. Experience transporting high-value or precision goods is a strong plus.
4. Basic time-management skills and a service-oriented attitude. Ability to communicate politely with clients in simple English or Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Honest, reliable, patient, physically fit, and adaptable to a flexible work schedule.
