Job Description

(1) Market Sales Support

Engage in frontline markets, provide product knowledge and sales skills training support to sales personnel, assist the team in improving sales performance, and precisely solve problems such as product promotion and customer objection handling encountered during the sales process.

Based on the consumption habits and customer demands of different regional markets, assist in formulating targeted sales strategies to promote the product's promotion and sales in various regional markets.

(2) Salon and Conference Execution

Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various salon activities (including small customer experience salons and sales topic salons), controlling the entire process from activity plan design, content preparation to on-site execution, to enhance the attractiveness of the activities and customer conversion rate.

Undertake large-scale training conferences and dealer conferences (including those with over 500 participants), such as large-scale training sessions for over 200 people, customer sales training sessions for over 1,000 people, and large-scale dealer annual meetings, undertaking tasks such as conference hosting, training lectures, and on-site organization and coordination to ensure the effectiveness of the conferences.

Job Requirements

Age 25-35, with good appearance and skin condition, currently residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and able to start work quickly to ensure job stability. Able to adapt to high-frequency domestic and international business trips.

Have over 5 years of relevant experience in the international cosmetics industry, including training, sales support, or conference execution experience, familiar with the characteristics, market trends, and work processes of the cosmetics industry.

Chinese is the primary language, with fluent English and Malay. Possess the ability to share on stage.
