Job Description

  1. Human Resources Module:
    Recruitment and Staffing - Fully responsible for the recruitment work of the Malaysia branch, including posting job positions, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and handling the onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees in both China and Malaysia. Employee Relations Management - Establish and maintain harmonious employee relations, handle employee inquiries and complaints, organize team-building activities, and enhance team cohesion. Compensation and Benefits Calculation - Responsible for monthly attendance statistics, salary calculation, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws in Malaysia; manage employees' social security, medical insurance, and other statutory benefits. Policies and Training - Assist in formulating and improving localized human resources and administrative management policies; organize and implement new employee orientation training and necessary on-the-job training. Compliance - Ensure that all human resources operations fully comply with the labor laws and other relevant regulations in Malaysia.
  2. Administrative Management Module - Daily Office Management:
    Responsible for the daily operation of the office, including maintaining the office environment, purchasing and managing office supplies, and managing fixed assets. Support for Foreign Employees: Provide necessary administrative support to Chinese employees on assignment abroad, such as assisting with visa applications, work permits, and residence permits. Logistics Support: Manage logistics suppliers such as company vehicles, property management, cleaning, and security to ensure service quality. Document and Archive Management: Establish and manage a system for personnel and administrative-related documents and archives. 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Business Management or related fields is preferred. 
  2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources or General Administration, with experience in manufacturing preferred. 
  3. Native Malay speaker with good Chinese or English communication skills is preferred. 
  4.  Legal knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, social security policies and related administrative approval processes. 
  5. Skills: Proficient in using MS Office software; possess good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. 
  6. Strong business thinking and acumen, able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment and be based in Malaysia.
