B. Assistant Store Manager

Job Description (JD)

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations 
• Act as Store Manager when required 
• Supervise front-of-house team (waiters & cashiers) 
• Support: 
• Staff training 
• Inventory checks 
• Cleaning inspections 
• Assist in resolving: 
• Customer complaints 
• Operational issues

Job Requirements

• Age: Below 35 years old 
• Education: Diploma or Degree (minimum)
  
• Experience: 
• 2–3 years in restaurant management
  
• Language: 
• Proficient in English 
• Chinese is an advantage
  
• Other Skills: 
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Clear management thinking 
• Passion for the restaurant industry 
• Open-minded and adaptable 
• Knowledge of local restaurant laws & regulations
