Job Description
- Study design briefs and determine requirements from client and manager.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements from client and establish creative direction for client as well as brand guidelines.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to create and design materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Job Requirements
- Passion for learning and growing in the marketing field.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Demonstrated communication and creative skills.
- Hands-on experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
