Job Requirements

Your Role: Strategic & Hands-On

As a Senior Multimedia Designer, your day will be dynamic, blending strategic planning with expert execution:

• Campaign Strategy & Design Leadership: You will conceptualize, design, and set the visual benchmark for major monthly digital campaigns and key visuals, ensuring design choices align perfectly with distinct client objectives and target audiences.
• Creative Consulting & Ideation: You'll spearhead brainstorming sessions with Strategy and Copy teams, translating business goals into innovative visual concepts and high-converting content ideas.
• Motion Graphics Mastery: Independently create and refine sophisticated motion graphics and dynamic visual effects to convey complex information, dramatically boosting audience engagement across all platforms.
• Production Direction & Execution: You will plan and develop detailed creative treatments, including mood boards and visual references, then actively lead and execute on-site photo and video shoots. This includes hands-on operation of cameras, lighting, and props.
• Quality Control & Mentorship: Oversee the final quality of all assets, ensuring flawless execution. You will also use your expertise to provide guidance and technical feedback to peers and junior staff.

Essential Qualifications: The Senior Skillset

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional, progressive experience in Multimedia Design, ideally within an agency environment that requires managing multiple brands.
• Technical Authority: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Photoshop (for complex retouching and manipulation), Illustrator, After Effects (essential for advanced motion), and Premiere Pro (for video editing).
• Production Expertise: Demonstrable experience in the full photo/video production pipeline: pre-production planning, on-set execution (camera/lighting handling), and post-production editing.
• Strategic Digital Acumen: A deep understanding of how visuals perform across different social media platforms and a track record of designing high-performing digital ad creatives.
• Leadership Qualities: You must be a proactive, independent self-starter capable of managing concurrent, high-priority projects and confidently articulating and defending your strategic creative decisions to stakeholders.
