We’re hunting for a Social Media Account Executive who can keep up with the energy!

Your job? Own the client relationship, plan content that vibes, keep the creative team on track, and make sure campaigns go out on time and on point. 

You’ll talk to clients, pitch ideas, build calendars, chase timelines...basically, you’re the glue that keeps things running smoothly without losing the spark.

On more serious note...here's what your day to day basis looks like:

Account & Client Management

1. Lead day-to-day client servicing with a strong understanding of brand strategy, industry trends, competitor, market and audience insights.
2. Analyse client challenges and develop strategic recommendations that support campaign objectives and long-term client growth.
3. Manage stakeholder/client expectations, timelines and deliverables while maintaining high quality and proactive communication.
4. Evaluate creative work to ensure it aligns with brand CI, strategy, campaign objectives and audience relevance.
5. Assist with crafting and refining copywriting for social content and campaign materials.
6. Facilitate smooth collaboration between creative, performance and production teams to ensure alignment on campaign/retainer goals.
7. Oversee and manage campaigns/retainers from briefing to final delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across project scopes.
8. Present ideas, proposals, reports and campaign rationales confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
9. Work closely with the Key Account Manager to craft strategic campaign directions, content approaches and messaging frameworks.
10. Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for creative, media and performance teams.
11. Identify opportunities for upselling, campaign optimisation and strategic improvements.

Reporting & Insights

1. Translate analytics and campaign results into clear narratives and actionable insights.
2. Recommend optimisation strategies for multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) based on data trends.
3. Analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour and content trends to guide future planning.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• You don’t just know digital marketing - you love it and care about delivering work that actually wows.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Servicing or at a marketing agency.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Education? 

Anything from Professional Certificates to Degrees in Marketing, Digital Tech, Communications, or related fields counts - we care more about what you can do than just what’s on paper.

• Solid knowledge of social media platforms and how they actually work (not just the basics).
• Excellent communication skills - clear, confident, and sometimes witty.
• Flexible, collaborative, proactive - you’re a team player who can roll with the punches.
• Hardworking, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool.
• Able to work independently and own your projects from start to finish.
