<li>Maintain Cash Book and ensure payments are processed timely and accurately within deadlines and all payments are properly authorized.</li>
<li>Update Cash Flow Projections timely and accurately.</li>
<li>Ensure provisions, accruals and prepayments are properly accounted.</li>
<li>Ensure Fixed Assets are maintained accurately and all fixed assets are properly accounted for and posted into the system and proper depreciation policies are adhered.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate submission of taxes such as CP204/GST/SST if any.</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements monthly basis.</li>
<li>Preparation to trial balance stage of Statement of Income and Expenditure and Financial Position.</li>
<li>Maintain e-Claim system setup/profile record.</li>
<li>Validate and process staff expense claims.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.</li>
<li>Handle Account Receivable tasks – Maintain Sales Order Processing/Billing/Debit Note/Credit Note &amp; etc</li>
<li>Update Sales Analysis, Billing Forecast &amp; relevant reporting updates.</li>
<li>Take charge of Company’s administration task.</li>
<li>Responsible for Administration task record and update – eg. Mobile Phone, Courier, Stationary record.</li>
<li>Ensure proper recording and filing of documents.</li>
<li>Update and process sales commissions and reward computations.</li>
<li>Work closely with all departments on operational and accounting related matters.</li>
<li>Liaise with external parties such as vendors, auditors, legal agents, government authorities &amp; etc when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist in year end audit &amp; preparing of audit schedules.</li>
<li>Ad-hoc reports required from the Management from time to time.</li>
<li>Any assignments that assigned from time to time.</li>
