Creative Production

• Create on-brand visual assets for product pages, campaigns and TikTok videos, including thumbnails and short clips.
• Design static and motion graphics optimised for mobile and short-form viewing.

TikTok Strategy & Execution

• Plan and produce a short-form content calendar that uses trends, strong hooks and clear captions.
• Shoot, edit and publish videos, then review analytics to refine creative and improve engagement.

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing to translate promotions into effective creative briefs and assets.
• Maintain an organised asset library and simple brand guidelines for consistent visuals across channels.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in arts, graphic design, multimedia or equivalent
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing. (Additional language is an added advantage)
• Web Designing, Photo taking & Video Skill will be strong Plus Point
• Understanding how ideas translate into different types of media and the difference between a good idea and tactics.
• Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions
• Capable of executing design projects independently
• Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming
• Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized
• Excellent time management skills and willing to work long hours if needed
