Job Description

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the medical facility, including front desk operations, manpower planning, and stock ordering across all branches.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and productivity through effective management of staff, inventory, and space.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory control and procurement records.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, customer experience, and patient care.
  • Handle and resolve patient complaints professionally and diplomatically, providing excellent customer service when necessary.
  • Support practitioners, clinic assistants, and other departmental staff to promote a collaborative and effective working environment.
  • Manage responsibilities such as hiring, staff scheduling, overseeing facility operations, billing systems, implementation of policies and procedures, and ordering stock and equipment.
  • Provide training and guidance to branch and assistant branch administrative staff, as well as clinical team members, to ensure proper system implementation and compliance.
  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings, including management and branch meetings.
  • Coordinate closely with Heads of Department (HODs) to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the overall success of all branches.
     

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration, or a supervisory/team leader role.
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin; proficiency in English and Malay is required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage multiple branches or teams.
  • Good knowledge of clinic operations, inventory management, and billing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, medical practitioners, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints and operational challenges professionally.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
  • Willing to travel between branches when required.
