Job Description

• Independently complete LaTeX typesetting
• Proofreading and publication of English academic journal papers
• Work closely with the editor of the journal
• Edit and proofread academic manuscripts for clarity grammar, punctuation, tone, and structure.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, citations, and referencing styles.
• Provide constructive feedback to authors to enhance clarity, coherence, and academic rigor.
• Collaborate with researchers, authors, and publishers to meet submission and publication standards.
• Maintan familiarity with ethical publishing practises, including avoiding plagiarism and maintaining author voice.
• Stay updated on trends in academic publishing and discipline-specific terminology.
• Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Job Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in academic journal publishing
• Proficient in English Language and Writing Skills
• Proficient in LaTeX typesetting software, Office software, basic mastery of Photoshop and other drawing tools
• 拥有1-2年学术期刊出版相关经验
• 熟练的英语语言和写作能力
