Job Description

  • To provide support to the team whenever required to ensure proposals are prepared efficiently
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks for potential clients
  • Drafting of information memorandum, prospectus, circular to shareholders and submission documents to regulatory authorities
  • To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not contravene any of the regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements
  • To protect the reputation and integrity of the company and the Group
  • To be proficient with all the relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within dateline

Requirement

  • Should have cleared module 12 and 19 CMSRL License.
  • Highly motivated and hard-working individual with the right attitude
  • A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia
  • Candidates with degree/professional qualification preferably Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. MBA holders and CFA chartered holders will also be considered
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years relevant working experience in buy and/or sell-side corporate finance advisory either in CF advisory firm, investment bank or accounting firm would be an advantage
  • Possess good analytical skills with sound knowledge of the capital markets/investment banking industry
  • Possess good drafting skills for the preparation of public documents such as information memorandum, prospectus, circular and submission documents to regulatory authorities
  • Possess good document reviewing skill to review relevant documents prepared by members of due diligence working group, other advisers and clients for the purpose of conducting due diligence on transactions and client
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in valuation techniques
