Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kelang for a Sales and Marketing Intern.
The intern will assist in the implementation of marketing strategies, support sales campaigns, and actively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Day-to-day tasks include market research, customer outreach, sales data tracking, and coordinating training sessions for sales techniques.
The role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to build brand awareness and drive growth.

Job Requirements

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management practices
• Ability to contribute to training sessions and support sales techniques
• Proficiency in using digital tools for sales tracking and reporting is beneficial
• Enthusiastic mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• SPM or Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
