• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, social media, cold calling, email, networking, and other channels.
• Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Contact prospects and introduce Zippy Digital Solution's services.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the development and marketing teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Explore new markets and opportunities for technology and digital services.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, telecalling, IT sales, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain technology services in a simple manner.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and follow-ups.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of websites, software, digital marketing, or IT services is an advantage.
