Job Description

• Assist Online Sales Executives in following up on pending cases and ensuring all cases are updated accurately in the system.
• Open and process daily sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Submit loan or sales applications through Credit Partners’ portals before the management’s deadline.
• Ensure all information submitted is complete, accurate, and error-free.
• Occasionally cover Sales Executives’ conversion or follow-up tasks when they are on leave or off-duty.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal team members.
• (Optional but encouraged) Participate in TikTok Live sessions for product promotion. Training and senior guidance will be provided, and extra commission will be paid for Live sessions.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well in a team environment.
• Cheerful and positive personality; cooperative and willing to learn.
• Must not engage in office politics or cliques — management emphasizes fairness, teamwork, and mutual support without unnecessary complaints or claims.
• Must be willing to relocate based in Setia Business Park 2, Bandar Dato Onn JB under Marketing & Sales Division.
