Job Description

🎯 Event Planning & Execution

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events, pop-ups, and activations (IP / Kpop). 
• Support event setup, tear-down, and on-site operations during live event days. 
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. 

📣 Marketing & Promotion

• Support event marketing campaigns (online & offline). 
• Assist with social media content, event announcements, and on-ground promotions. 
• Help prepare marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, signage, and giveaways. 
• Engage with customers on-site to promote activities, promotions, or merchandise. 

📊 Reporting & Administration

• Assist with event documentation, schedules, and checklists. 
• Collect photos, videos, and data for post-event reports. 
• Support post-event analysis, feedback collection, and recap reports. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Events, Mass Communication, or related field. 
• Strong interest in events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing. 
• Good communication skills (English / Chinese / Malay is a plus). 
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays during event periods. 
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn. 
• Interest in pop culture, IP, Kpop or retail events is an advantage.
