Job Description

🎨 Event & Pop-Up Design Support

• Assist in designing visuals for pop-up stores, exhibitions, and on-ground events. 
• Create artwork for event collaterals such as posters, banners, standees, backdrops, stickers, and price tags. 
• Support wayfinding, signage, and display graphics for physical spaces. 
• Help adapt IP assets according to brand and licensing guidelines. 

📱 Digital & Social Media Design

• Design social media posts, stories, and event announcements. 
• Assist with simple motion graphics or short videos for event promotion (a plus). 
• Prepare digital assets for LED screens or in-store displays. 

🛠️ Production & On-Site Support

• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors when needed. 
• Assist during event setup days for visual checks and last-minute adjustments. 
• Support on-site design needs during live events. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. 
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign (Canva is a plus). 
• Strong sense of layout, color, and typography. 
• Interest in events, pop-up stores, exhibitions, or IP collaborations. 
• Able to work under tight deadlines and support event days (including weekends when required). 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback.
