Job Description

• 协助管理和运营主要购物中心的室内游乐场 - MetaPark（如 Pavilion KL、Lot 10、The Gardens Mall）。 
• 学习并参与 零售运营、市场营销及物流 相关工作，以提升客户关系。
• 协助策划及执行 嘉年华游戏或互动竞赛。
• 有机会与 Astro 及国际知名 IP（如 Sanrio、Peanuts）合作开展活动。

• You will assist in the management and operations of the MetaPark at major shopping centres such as Pavilion KL, Lot 10, and The Gardens Mall. This role provides an opportunity to learn about retail operations, marketing and logistics necessary for enhancing client relationships. 
• There may also be a chance to organise and implement carnival games or engaging competitions in collaboration with Astro or popular intellectual properties like Care Bears and Peanuts at the venue.

Job Requirements

• 对 零售运营、商品陈列及客户体验 有浓厚兴趣
• 具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力，能与顾客及团队成员良好互动
• 积极主动、责任心强，愿意在快节奏的零售环境中学习
• 拥有较强的组织和时间管理能力
• 能够独立工作，也能融入团队合作
• 具备基本的电脑操作能力（如 MS Office、Google Workspace；熟悉 POS 系统者优先）
• 能接受周末、公共假期或轮班工作安排（如有需要）

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
• Strong interest in retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace; POS system knowledge is a plus)
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or shifts if required
