🏪 Retail & Operations Support

• Assist in daily store and arcade operations. 
• Support opening and closing procedures. 
• Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and service standards. 
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily task coordination. 

📊 Business & Performance Analysis

• Help track sales performance, KPIs, and daily reports. 
• Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment. 
• Support cost control and operational efficiency initiatives. 

🤝 Team & Customer Support

• Support frontline staff during peak hours and events. 
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and feedback. 
• Help ensure SOPs and safety guidelines are followed. 

🗂️ Administrative & Management Support

• Assist with documentation, reports, and data entry. 
• Support managers in preparing presentations and summaries. 
• Assist in coordination with suppliers and partners.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or related field. 
• Strong interest in retail operations and business management. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn. 
• Able to work weekends or shifts when required. 
• Experience or interest in retail, F&B, or entertainment is a plus.
