Job Scope

• Assist with the daily operations of the Metapark arcade centre and IP-themed pop-up stores.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily operational checks.
• Monitor store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Support sales activities and provide a good customer service experience.
• Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and IP pop-up events.
• Monitor daily sales performance and assist in preparing basic operational reports.
• Assist supervisors with staff coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the implementation of company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree student studying Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Interest in retail operations, customer service, and business management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during event periods.
• Candidates with an interest in arcade entertainment, IP pop-up stores, anime, K-pop, or pop culture are preferred.
• We are looking for interns who are interested in growing with the company. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time position after the internship, subject to mutual agreement, internship performance, suitability, and the company’s staffing needs.
