Job Description

🏪 Retail & Store Operations

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets and merchandise areas within Metapark.
   
• Ensure stores are well-maintained, visually appealing, and fully stocked.
   
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
   
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with SOPs.
   

👥 Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
   
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower during peak periods and events.
   
• Conduct staff training on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures.
   
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when necessary.
   

📦 Inventory & Merchandising

• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
   
• Ensure proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
   
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock planning and deliveries.
   

🎪 Event & IP Pop-Up Support

• Support planning and execution of IP-themed pop-up stores and promotional events.
   
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams during event setups and campaigns.
   
• Ensure smooth retail operations during peak events and high-traffic periods.
   

📊 Reporting & Administration

• Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and operational updates.
   
• Monitor retail KPIs and recommend improvements.
   
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
   
• Proven experience in retail or store management (entertainment or pop-up experience is a plus).
   
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
   
• Good sales, operational, and problem-solving abilities.
   
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and peak event periods.
   
• Interest in arcade entertainment and pop culture retail is an advantage.
