Job Description
Job Scope:
- Assist customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Operate cashier and handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet)
- Manage arcade game cards, reloads, and basic machine assistance
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels
- Support sales of merchandise and promotional items
- Assist during events and IP pop-ups, including crowd engagement
