Job Description

• Assist in the daily operations of Metapark's arcade centre and IP-themed pop-up stores.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and operational checks.
• Monitor store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
• Support sales activities and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns, events, and IP pop-up activations.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare basic operational reports.
• Support supervisors in staff coordination and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Assist in maintaining company SOPs, safety standards, and service quality.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Passionate about retail operations, customer service, and business management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during event periods when required.
• Interest in arcade entertainment, IP pop-up stores, anime, K-pop, or pop culture is an advantage.
• We are looking for interns who are interested in growing with the company. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship, subject to mutual agreement and business needs.
