About the Role

We are a proud partner of Lenovo, a global leader in technology and innovation. We are currently seeking skilled IT Java Engineers to join Lenovo’s dynamic team in Malaysia.

Requirement:

Technical Skills:

1. Proficient in the Java language and familiar with JVM principles and performance tuning.
2. Knowledgeable about mainstream Java development frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
3. Skilled in the development and optimization of relational databases like MySQL and Oracle.
4. Familiar with the use and configuration of middleware such as Redis and RabbitMQ.
5. Knowledgeable about containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience in microservices architecture development is preferred.

6.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, etc.) is a plus.

Development Tools:

1. Proficient in the use of development tools such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA.
2. Knowledgeable about project management and version control tools like Maven and Git.

Comprehensive Quality:

1. Possess good team spirit and communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with personnel from different departments.
2. Have strong learning and problem-solving abilities, and be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 3-8 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist with IT hiring experience.
• Ideal Candidate Profile
• A significant portion of our open roles are for IT engineers. Therefore, prior experience and a proven track record in successfully recruiting for either of SAP or IT positions will be a significant advantage and is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Remote Work Suitability: Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment. Must be highly self-disciplined, organized, and results-oriented.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers remotely.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), HR software, and other collaborative platforms.
