<li>Employee Engagement Help organize employee events, initiatives, and training programs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Data Management Create and maintain HR reports, manage data in HRMS systems, and conduct employee surveys.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Policy Learn and adhere to company policies and relevant labor laws, and assist in drafting or updating HR documents. &nbsp;</li>
