Job Description

• Recruitment & Onboarding
  Screen resumes, post job ads, schedule interviews, and assist with the onboarding process for new hires. 
• Administrative Support
  Update and maintain employee records and databases, manage HR files, and provide general administrative support to the HR team. 
• Payroll & Benefits
  Collect and verify payroll data and assist with benefits administration. 
• Employee Engagement
  Help organize employee events, initiatives, and training programs. 
• Reporting & Data Management
  Create and maintain HR reports, manage data in HRMS systems, and conduct employee surveys. 
• Compliance & Policy
  Learn and adhere to company policies and relevant labor laws, and assist in drafting or updating HR documents.
