Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies across social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning, particularly within the fashion, FMCG, and consumer goods industries. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for brands across social media and online marketplaces 
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, and other relevant channels 
• Work closely with internal teams (content, livestream, e-commerce, and operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution 
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing performance 
• Support brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns 
• Coordinate with KOLs, affiliates, and content creators to drive traffic and conversions 
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including ROI, engagement, and sales metrics 
• Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing activities 
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 
• 5–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods industry 
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) 
• Proven experience in marketing planning and campaign execution 
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance tracking 
• Strong communication and project management skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in social commerce and livestream marketing is an added advantage 
• Familiar with affiliate marketing and KOL management 
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills 
• Creative thinker with strong execution capabilities
