 Position Overview
We are looking for a Content Creator Lead to head our creative team, overseeing content strategy, production, and execution across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for trends, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging and impactful content that drives brand growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the content creation team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaigns. 
• Plan, conceptualize, and produce creative content (videos, graphics, short-form, and long-form).
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates (TikTok, Shopee Live, IG, etc.), and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to align content with business goals.
• Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all content outputs.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with: 

• Proven experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
• Skilled in video production, editing, and copywriting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with livestream content is a strong advantage.
