<li>Handle order-related issues including shipping updates, refunds, returns, and exchanges.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.</li>
<li>Monitor platform performance metrics and help improve store ratings by delivering excellent service.</li>
<li>Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.</li>
<li>Support live campaign periods with extended or flexible working hours if needed.</li>
