Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Associate with previous experience in e-commerce to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple platforms, helping to resolve their inquiries and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and social media (especially TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify channels).
  • Handle order-related issues including shipping updates, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics and help improve store ratings by delivering excellent service.
  • Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support live campaign periods with extended or flexible working hours if needed.

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment.
  • Familiar with using seller centers / dashboards of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu & English.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple online platforms and tools.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
