Responsibilities:

Support E-Commerce Operations: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to manage e-commerce platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and more.

Product Listing Management: Create and upload new product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Manage the creation of shop content.

Reporting and Issue Identification: Be responsible for generating reports and have the ability to identify anomalies and issues in data.

Process Improvement: Work with various departments to identify and implement process improvements to enhance e-commerce operations.

Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changing business needs and decisions, ensuring flexibility in response to market dynamics.

Content Creation: Create simple product photos and videos for e-commerce use.

Partnership Management: Maintain strong collaborative relationships with platform partners.

Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with: 

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.

Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.

Detail-oriented: Highly meticulous and attentive to detail to maintain data accuracy.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator are a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude. Be reliable, self-motivated, and creative in problem-solving.

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations, and coordinate effectively under tight timelines and pressure.
