Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that align with brand goals, primarily on digital platforms like social media, email, and website.
• Social Media Engagement: Create, schedule, and manage posts to ensure high engagement and consistency across social channels.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including visuals, copy, and videos, that resonates with our audience.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance across channels, using data to optimize and inform future strategies.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.

 We are looking for someone with: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the e-commerce or digital space.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify languages if needed].
• Creative thinking and adaptability to trends and new technologies.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
