Job Summary

The Junior Administrator delivers results through basic processing and support that helps to meet the expectations of their customers by providing them with market leading service whilst developing excellent customer relationships.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • A Junior Administrator sets and achieves high targets to maintain productivity, efficiency and quality standard.
  • They build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of basic tasks, while demonstrating a basic understanding of relevant systems, products, processes and procedures to aid delivery of first class service.
  • They also support other colleagues with basic admin support across a variety of tasks.
  • They contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, and learn about the importance of customer focus.
  • Additionally, they achieve all competency and behavioural based objectives, and seek role progression or take opportunities to develop own knowledge.
