Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

  • To attend all inquiries and issue policy/endorsement from digital partner customer.
  • To carry out all duties in accordance with guidelines and procedures to ensure adherence to Branch’s SOP , Cashiers Manual and company’s risk and compliance policies.
  • Responsible for payment collection (cash, cheque, or credit card payment), direct policies issuance, and to respond to standard customer service requests.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • To attend all inquiries from digital partner customer and Marketers.
  • Demonstrate appropriate level of customer service
  • Performing receipting functions for cash, cheque and credit card payment for General classes and all Line of Business.
  • Issuance of all direct account new policies, renewal policies and endorsement
  • Generate Daily Collection Report.
  • Balancing all the cash, cheque and credit card payment.
  • Filing and maintain a proper record all the receipt branch copy
  • Other duties as instructed by superior and/or management

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Minimum Cert/Diploma with relevant experience
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in related fields
  • KSA’s(Knowledge, Skills & Ability): Good communication skills (written & oral) – English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Display professional customer-facing protocol PC literate
