Summary
Life & Takaful New Business - Group Operation is a department within the operation and technology function of New Business covering Group products.
The main objectives of the department are to:
- Support Sales/Marketing team to grow New Business volume & value.
- Manage SLA expectation from clients and meet quality standard.
- Work towards SOP and improvements
Key Accountabilities
- Processing member data and issue billing for Group Term Life/Takaful, Group Mortgage and Group Decreasing products.
- Work close with Banca Sales team in master policy/member processing matters.
- Complete tasks within agreed SLA.
- Handle assigned enquiries.
- Handle New Business or Renewal issuance, end to end.
- Any other assigned ad-hoc tasks or project/initiatives from Company.
Qualification/Experience
- Have strong Group Operations insurance experience and knowledge in Life and/or Takaful.
- Fast learner and independent.
- Hardworking and co-operative among team members.
- Effective communication skill.
- Positive attitude.
