Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorised and other responsibilities / duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned.
  2. Participate on the system enhancement, process improvement and digital projects. Role and Responsibilities including:
  1. Liaise and coordinate with superior and IT or system support.
  2. Assist superior in participating project meeting.
  3. Assist superior in prepare system/business requirement and business process review.
  4. Prepare test script and Perform User Acceptance Testing,
  5. Prepare sign off document from stakeholder.
  6. Prepare implementation sign off document.
  7. Assist superior to monitor the result.
  8. Provide operational supports including reporting, data analysis and update working instructions / Standard Operating Procedures.
  9. Perform all activities achieved the reasonable quality, performance and within the agreed timeline given.
  10. Review and recommend measure to improve the existing process and system.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

  • Education : Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years working experience in Insurance Industry

 

Technical Skills

  • Essential: PC literate and excellent in communication skills
  • Desirable: Knowledge in Life Insurance/ Takaful, good communication/ inter-personal skill. Computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
