Job Summary

Provide operation support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submission

To drive growth and sales in all assigned products

Job Accountabilities 

• Provide support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submission and monitoring

• Assist team in sales support and services i.e. straight through quotation and cover note preparation.
• Work closely with Marketing team to ensure effective on-going sales performance.

• Monitor and analysis of business performance and results in sales and comparison of results with 

  defined outcomes

• Resolve complex queries/errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate, plan and implement measures as well as assisting in projects.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. 

Experience:

•  Min 2 years working experience
•  Insurance industry experience
•  Experience working with inter-departmental teams.
